PREREQUISITES
- Minimum age: 10 years old
- Must be able to swim comfortably and tread water for at least 10 minutes
- Must be able to swim 200 yards continuously (any stroke, no time limit)
- Be in general good health and able to pass a standard diver medical questionnaire
- If any questions on the medical form are answered “yes,” a physician’s clearance may be required prior to training
